It's time for our annual business meeting and club dinner!

On Saturday, October 11, we will have the annual meeting of the ERB. At this meeting, we will celebrate our successes this year. We will also be voting for 9 of our 12 board member positions that have terms expiring and/or are being vacated. 

Additionally, there may be provisions in our bylaws that will need to be voted on related to our 501(c)3 status. 

Please try to make it so we can achieve a quorum for our voting.

We will be serving dinner for all 2025 paid members and their immediate family members. Please RSVP for this event so we can get an accurate count for food planning.

In the upcoming days we will send out the available board positions along with job descriptions.

We urge everyone to consider becoming a board member. Being an expert beekeeper is not a requirement, but if you're service oriented and enjoy helping, we'd love to have you. Many of our current board members joined the board with only a year or two of experience with beekeeping.
